Billing is a prepaid credit balance. 1 completed screenshot = 1 credit, regardless of size, format, or mode.
How a job spends a credit

Reserved credits are already out of your available balance — completing the job moves them to used and changes the available number no further.
Credit policy
- New accounts start with 50 free credits.
- Failed jobs are always refunded.
- Credits do not expire.
- Deleting a completed screenshot does not refund its credit.
Packs are bought from Dashboard → Credits; checkout is PayPal, and no card is stored on file. See also pricing.
