Refund Policy

1. Credit refunds (automatic)
During beta, every failed screenshot job automatically returns its reserved credit to your balance — no action needed. Completed screenshots consume their credit. Deleting a completed screenshot does not refund it.
2. Purchase refunds
If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of its credits, we will refund the purchase in full within 14 days of payment — email [email protected] with your PayPal reference. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata at our discretion.
3. How refunds are paid
Purchase refunds go back to the original PayPal account, usually within 5 business days of approval.
4. Exclusions
Free beta credits have no cash value and are not refundable. Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use violations are not eligible for refunds.
